The Project

This Dunwoody home had a large unfinished daylight basement that the owners wanted to use as multi- functional space to entertain family and friends. A home theater, a full service wet bar, an exercise room, a guest suite including a bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom were provided.

The home theater cabinets were creatively assembled from Wellborn stock cabinetry. A raised platform for theater seating and acoustic panels make for the perfect viewing environment. Lighting and other entertainment functions all can be controlled from a tablet.

The bar features a copper sink and a mirrored and raised bottle display area. A dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and a large wine chiller are included. The entire area includes luxurious furnishings and finishes that make the space truly enjoyable.
